Does anyone still remember Saints Cinnamon that used to have branches all over Singapore? I was a huge fan and was devastated when the management decided to exit from the little red dot.

That teenage-year happiness was rekindled recently in Drips Bakery Cafe when i found what appeared to be really tasty looking cinnamon buns next to the counter! It was a trip to Heaven but i didn't take any picture then.
This time round, the Gang of Four decided to pay Drips another visit for drinks and i could not resist ordering the Cinnamon Sticky Bun again although it was straight after a damn heavy meal at Ambush!

Despite my initial infatuation the first time, i wasn't that sold this round; the bun was covered with a thick sticky sugary cinnamon glaze that continued to wow me but it was the insides that disappointed us.
They were supposed to be strongly infused with cinnamon powder which was unfortunately not the case this visit. To put things on a more optimistic side (and to console myself), too much sugar is bad for us.
Nonetheless, it is still the best Cinnamon Bun i can find in Singapore unless anyone of you has any other suggestion.
